Going Out in Playa d’en Bossa, Ibiza

Located on the South East side of the island and just a short 10-minute drive from the airport, Playa d’en Bossa is a party haven and still one of the top party destinations in Ibiza. This place is full of hotels, nightclubs, bars, restaurants, and beach clubs! No wonder this spot is so popular with tourists from all over the world!

As you walk on the main street you will find plenty of restaurants from all over the world and different types of cuisines – Italian, Spanish, Kebabs, Pizzas, Grills, Burgers and many more. There are also masses of bars serving great drinks, cocktails and beers, surely you won’t run out of places to go.

You can also step around the corner and find yourself at the beach where you can have a lazy beach day or step into one of the many beach clubs. As well as these, there are many supermarkets in the area where you can buy food, drinks, and snacks for the beach or the hotel. Some of these are even open 24 hours a day which is a great benefit when you walk out of the night clubs early hours in the morning.

Here you will find two super clubs in Playa d’en Bossa, Ibiza opposite to each other, Ushuaia and Hi Ibiza, which are just simply the perfect place to get away and dance the day and night away. If this wasn’t enough, DC10 is a short 5-minute drive and also Pacha which is around 10 minutes.

Ushuaia

Opened in 2011, Ushuaia is one of the most popular day clubs on the island which hosts great parties throughout the season and can fit 4000 people.  The place normally opens up around 17:00, apart from Saturdays when it opens at 15:00 and closes at 23:00.

The outside venue consists of two stages, a smaller one at the back of the venue which is a great place to start the parties on Saturdays for the events ANTS and moving to the main stage in the evening.

Ushuaia organises top events on the island along with one the best DJ’s in the world which include F*** Me I’m Famous, ANTS, Calvin Harris, Martin Garrix, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Camelphat and Solardo and many more. Ushuaia is also a hotel which means that all guests have free entry to the venue.

Hi Ibiza

This amazing venue opened up in 2017 and has been voted the Best Club in the World recently. Formerly known as Space, this clubs quickly grew to its name and stole the hearts of many people visiting Ibiza.

The club opens at 23:00 and closes at 6am and is one of the most popular places to go out on the island. Music ranging from house, tech house, techno and EDM, it’s no surprise that this club is favoured by many. It hosts some of the most popular parties on the island such as Afterlife, FISHER, Glitterbox, The Martinez Brother, Black Coffee and of course David Guetta’s Future Rave.

The venue undertook a massive refurbishment and consists of two large rooms where most of the action takes place. Two gardens with many bars where you can take a sit, relax while talking to your friends and sipping on some delicious drinks. The club also has a mini room in the toilets! Yes, you read this right, a room in the toilets where the DJ decks is placed in the middle. We won’t go too much into it but this is one a kind experience you need to see at least once!
